Vehicle Service

Smart Vehicle Service Card is a unique product for automobile manufacturers. The product has been designed incorporating Smart Card technology, to create a bond between manufacturer and vehicle owners. It has been designed to capture vehicle service history on Smart Vehicle Service Card issued to vehicle owner at the time of purchase of vehicle. It facilitates vehicle owner to avail services at any authorized service center of the manufacturer. It allows manufacturer to launch loyalty scheme, warranty schemes, etc

The system can be integrated with any front-end Sales and Garage management system for vehicles.

Process

• The system captures sales and additional data, creates database, personalizes Smart Vehicle Service card for issuance to owner.
• At authorized service center, service details are captured and card is updated.
• Loyalty points accrued are calculated and updated on card.
• The system has facility to automatically forward data captured at Dealer/Service centre to a Central server to enable analysis of data captured.
